Nauru has granted full scholarships to eleven students who will be able to complete their secondary schooling in Fiji next year.
The winners scored the highest marks in the annual Republic of
Nauru secondary school scholarship examinations.
In the past Nauru sent its brighter students to Australia or New Zealand
but in recent years, financial constraints have forced it to consider the lower cost option of schooling in Fiji.
