The company providing catering services to the Papua New Guinea Defence Force has stopped its deliveries.

According to the newspaper, The National, the company NCS took the action because it had gone unpaid, with outstanding bills totalling nearly three million US dollars since April.

The company says it was left with no choice after numerous demands for payment, both verbal and written, over a period of several months went unheeded.
