Samoa's Prime Minister, Tuilaepa Sa'ilele Malielegaoi, says plots against him, including threats on his life, are made all the time.

Tuilaepa has told the Samoa Observer the police are still investigating an alleged plot to assassinate him and the Chief Justice, Patu Tiava'asu'e Sapolu.

He says the police occasionally let him know that someone is plotting against him.
