A company in Niue has diversified its virgin coconut oil into a body lotion with food fragrances, like chocolate.

Pahe Sioneholo says her husband got the idea to develop a range of lotions after his village started up a coconut oil project.

She says customers of Bue't Niue often say how the lotions smell good enough to eat.

Pahe Sioneholo attended Auckland's Pasifika festival to market two organic lotions to a bigger audience.

Bue't Niue also sells lotions that smell like mango and frangipani.
