The Solomon Islands prime minister Danny Philip and his former press secretary will face the Court next month in a defamation suit.
SIBC reports the opposition's Mathew Wale filed the case before the High Court last month.
The High Court registry office confirms it will hold a hearing on April 14th.
Mr Wale is suing the prime minister and his former press secretary Alfred Sasako following the publication of a report last month which said Mr Wale was involved with RAMSI and Australia to bring down the government.
The report came out during the political upheaval last month when several ministers resigned.
