11:27 am on 7 April 2011

Just one grand final spot remains up for grabs at the East Asia-Pacific cricket tournament in Apia, after the hosts Samoa kept their unbeaten record in tact on Wednesday.

Murphy Sua's side beat Pacific rivals the Cook Islands and the Philippines to be first qualifiers for the 50 over final, which will decide who gets promoted to Division One.

Korea notched their first win at an ICC event with a four wicket victory over Tonga, while the Cook Islandshad their first win of the tournament against Indonesia.

Today is a rest day and Samoa's final opponents will be decided when Tonga clash with the Philippines tomorrow.
