Call centre business sets up operations in Samoa

A small pilot call centre business has started operations in Samoa.

Global Link is the first call centre to be established in either Samoa or American Samoa and its a venture between US company GlobalLink and American Samoan businessmen, Sepp Steffany and Letaa Duke Purcell.

Based at Fugalei the centre has a staff of ten with the promise of more depending on demand.

They handle calls for customer service, technical advice, order taking, and billing inquiries for a number of companies around the world.
