The ruling HRPP party in Samoa has lost a third MP after an Electoral Court found him guilty of corruption.

An election petition case was brought against Tavu'i Tiafau Salevao by an unsuccessful candidate of his own party.

The court has found him guilty on all bribery and treating allegations, but counter allegations against the petitioner were dismissed because the evidence did not meet the required standards.
