Five percent of staff at Bluesky SamoaTel have resigned or been forced to leave as part of the company's organisational restructure.
The Samoa Observer says it couldn't obtain information from the company how many workers make up that five percent.
The company's Filifotu Va'ai said such information is confidential.
She also declined to say how many employees work at Bluesky SamoaTel.
BlueSky Ltd. of American Samoa took over Samoa Tel three months ago.
