New Zealanders travelling to the Cook Islands on a New Zealand passport will now be granted a 90-day stay.

A new immigration policy allowing three month visitors' visas for all New Zealand passport holders comes into force from this month.

Previously New Zealanders were only allocated one-month stays with visitors' visas expiring after 31 days.
