Vanuatu police have barred the Secretary to the Public Service Commission, Sumbe Antas from entering his office.
Mr Antas told the Daily Post Newspaper that police have only told him that he is barred due to an order that "came down from above" which he assumes to refer to the Council of Ministers.
He says he won't consider seeking legal advice until he knows the reason for keeping him from his Office.
