The American Samoa Department of Homeland Security says yesterday's commissioning and testing of the territory's outdoor siren warning system was a success.
Department official Vinnie Atofau says everything went well for the 44 sirens commissioned and tested yesterday.
He also says that reports received so far is that the siren sound as well as the message both in English and Samoan were loud and clear.
