A contempt case brought by Fiji's interim government against the Fiji Times has been set for February next year.
The Fiji Times reports High Court judge Justice William Calanchini set the dates after the paper's lawyer informed it of the availability of a Queens Counsel.
The interim attorney general is seeking an order of committal against The Fiji Times, its publisher Brian O'Flaherty, and its editor-in-chief Fred Wesley for alleged contempt of the High Court in publishing an article in November entitled "FIFA Probes Doc".
The article contained a quote attributed to the general-secretary of the Oceania Football Confederation, Tai Nicholas, which the Attorney-General says scandalised the High Court.
The article had earlier been published in a New Zealand paper.
