The monthly collections at the Commonwealth Health Centre in the Northern Mariana Islands' doubled last month.
The CNMI Governor Benigno Fitial and the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation's Chief Executive Officer Juan Babauta have confirmed collections reached one million US dollars in November.
Mr Babauta attributes the increase to the Healthcare Corporation taking over from the defunct Department of Health in October.
