The Fiji interim government's case against Fiji trade union leader Daniel Urai has been adjourned until next month.

The President of the Fiji Trades Union Congress faces charges of urging political violence and has been on bail since November.

Mr Urai's lawyer Navinesh Nand says his client appeared in court on Monday.

Mr Nand says he has requested further disclosures from the Director of Public Prosecutions and it's hoped a trial date will be set after the next court hearing set for February the 21st.
