Governor Togiola Tulafono says Bravo and Charlie companies have experienced a drop in numbers as most reservists want to join the engineering battalion or become truck drivers or heavy equipment operators.

The governor says he has met with recruiters at Fort Lewis, Oregon and they will be in American Samoa next month for more in depth discussions on how to arrest the recruitment fall off.
