The American Samoa National Olympic Committee has been given a permanent home.
Three acres of land has been provided and American Samoa governor Togiola Tulafono says the initiative is to provide ASNOC with a facility to properly oversee all sporting associations and prepare athletes for international competition.
Currently ASNOC is based in a small government house with no specific facilities for training.
