Samoa football champions Kiwi have crushed Pago Youth 5-1 on the first day of the O-League preliminary tournament in Tonga.
The Oceania Football Confederation's new tournament is aimed to give smaller pacific nations an opportunity to qualify for the O-League.
Meanwhile local side Lotoha'apai United and Tupapa Maraerenga from the Cook Islands fought out a three all draw in the opening action of the round robin stage of the tournament .
The tournament winner will earn a play off with New Caledonia's Mont-Dore with the victor to qualify for the 2013 O-League.
