Sport: Scotland see value in touring Pacific

Scottish prop Moray Low says the team has enjoyed their tour down under which ends this weekend in Apia.

Scotland opened their tour with an upset victory over Australia in Newcastle before holding off Fiji 37-25 in Lautoka on Saturday.

Their final challenge is against Pacific Nations Cup champions Samoa and Moray Low says playing test matches in the Pacific Islands has been a valuable experience.

"A lot of these teams come over to us and play a lot of games in the Autumn over in Scotland and stuff like that. It's good that we get to return the favour coming out here and experiencing their coaches and they make us feel very welcome, and likewise we make them feel when they come to us -even though it's probably snowing and it's a bit colder - they've made us feel very welcome coming over here and it's just a great opportunity."
