There's been a robbery attempt at the Bank of Hawaii branch in Tafuna in American Samoa.
Initial reports say the culprit or culprits tried to pry open the ATM machine in front of the bank using a crowbar.
It's been confirmed that the attempt was unsuccessful.
Police have cordoned off the area.
