Bank of Hawaii branch in American Samoa broken into

All 14 officers of the American Samoa Criminal Investigations Division, have been assigned to investigate the weekend's break in at the Tafuna branch of the Bank of Hawaii.

Commander Lavata'I Taase Sagapolutele says police have not yet taken in any suspects for questioning.

The break in occurred in the early hours of Friday and the suspects entered by smashing two back windows with rocks.

The bank's District Manager, Hobbs Lowson, says the bank didn't suffer any losses and there was no other damage apart from the broken windows.
