American Samoa is joining the rest of the United States in remembering the victims of the shooting at a cinema in the Colorado city of Aurora.
The governor Togiola Tulafono, announced on his weekend radio program the proclamation from President Barack Obama regarding U.S. flags to be flown at half-mast, and ordered all American Samoa flags to be lowered in conjunction with the President's order.
Togiola says all flags will remain at half-mast until sunset on July the 25th and called on government entities, businesses and residents flying the flags to comply with this proclamation.
