The company, NTT Docomo, the parent company of Docomo Pacific Incorporated has made the purchase for an undisclosed amount.

The General Manager of Docomo Pacific-Saipan James Nelson and the Director of Marianas Cable Vision Broadband's CNMI operations, Bryan Pitt, have confirmed the signing of an intent to purchase agreement while they wait for approval from federal and local agencies.
