Sport: Oceania teams up in latest football rankings

New Zealand has risen to 92nd in the latest world football rankings, following back to back wins in World Cup qualifying.

The All Whites are top of the third stage of Oceania qualifying after beating New Caledonia and Solomon Islands last month.

Les Cagous have leapfrogged Tahiti into second place in Oceania, after beating their Francophone rivals 4-0, and sit 123rd overall in the world.

Tahiti remain third in the region, with Solomon Islands up 12 spots to 141st in the world.
