The number of tourists arriving in the Northern Marianas last July was up 19 percent on the same month last year.
The Marianas Visitors Authority says arrivals to the islands of Saipan, Tinian and Rota totalled more than 32,000.
So far, arrival numbers for this fiscal year have increased by 14 percent to nearly 320,000.
Arrivals from South Korea posted a sixth consecutive month of double-digit increases, leaping 27 percent.
Arrivals from China have shown consistent growth each month this year compared to last year, jumping 50 percent in June alone.
