Scheduled charter flights will this week be launched from Vladivostok in Russia to Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands.
Aviacharter DV will fly an Airbus-A320 aircraft with 150-passenger seating twice a week until mid-March.
The Marianas Visitor Authority says if demand is strong, the flights may continue beyond that.
The packages for the charter flights will be family-oriented, and include options to also visit Rota and Tinian.
