The 'Ikale Tahi plan to muscle up and take on Italy at their own game in Sunday morning's European rugby tour opener in Brescia.
The Pacific country have spent the past two weeks preparing in both France and Italy for a tour which also includes internationals against the USA and Scotland.
New head coach Mana Otai says they're ready for a battle.
"Traditionally Italy is always good in their set piece and they rely a lot of their plays around the forwards. But from what we've seen of late they do spin the ball out wide as well so we are also prepared for that but, I guess, typically the way we play the game as well, we'd like to engage them upfront. That's also our strength, so we're looking to negate their strength and expose their weakness I guess."
