The Secretary General of the Oceania Weightlifting Federation, Paul Coffa, has just compeleted a three-day visit to Tonga, where he conducted workshops for local lifters and officials.
Mr Coffa is the first representative of any regional or international sports federation to visit Tonga since the country won the rights to host the 2019 Pacific Games.
As a a Member of the International Weightlifting Federation, Mr Coffa also handed over equipment and gear donated by the organisation for use in Tonga.
