A man will appear in court in Fiji this morning in connection with the death of a six year old New Zealand boy from a gunshot wound on Saturday.
The dead boy was Mohammed Khan from Auckland.
His 14 year-old cousin was injured in the same incident.
The police say a 34 year-old pilot will be charged with manslaughter and contravening firearms laws.
They say he is the owner of the gun involved in the incident.
The boys were visiting a house in Nadi at the time.
The accused will appear in Lautoka Magistrates Court.
