Visitor arrivals in the Northern Marianas were up six percent in February compared with the same month last year.
The Marianas Visitors' Authority says 38,350 tourists came to Saipan, Tinian, and Rota in
February - two thousand more than February 2012.
There was a dip in numbers from Japan and South Korea, but the Russian market is starting to grow significantly with the launch of direct charter flights.
