One of Samoa's prominent ethnic language musicians and former police officer, Peti Key, has been found guilty of rape, attempted rape and indecent assault charges.

A panel of jurors delivered their verdict last week-end after a two day trial.

Three women aged 17, 18 and 20 have filed complaints to the police against the artist following three separate incidents last year.

Judge Ida Malosi Solomona ordered the accused be kept in custody to await sentencing in two weeks time.
