Casino manager arrested on conspiracy charge in CNMI

Federal agents in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands have arrested one casino manager and hunting down another on conspiracy charges.

The agents arrested the VIP services manager of the Tinian Dynasty Hotel & Casino, George Que, Thursday and an arrest warrant is outstanding for casino manager Tim Blythe.

The men have been accused of conspiring to allow gamblers to conduct transactions involving more than 10 thousand US dollars without filing the required paperwork with the United States Government.

The federal agents have also executed warrants to seize Tinian Dynasty property and its bank accounts.

Representatives of Hong Kong Entertainment Investments, which owns Tinian Dynasty, has been directed to appear in court next Friday.
