Sport: Spain to field second-stringers against Tahiti

World champions Spain will field a second-string side against Oceania champions Tahiti in the Confederations Cup football tournament on Friday, but insists their amateur opponents will be treated with the utmost respect.

Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque revealed that captain Iker Casillas will be rested for the match, while squad members who did not feature against Uruguay will also get a run out.

Tahiti lost their opening match of the tournament 6-1 against Nigeria on Tuesday.
