Vanuatu's main referral hospital, the Vila Central Hospital, is appealing for blood donors as it has run out of blood.
The acting manager of the Blood Laboratory, Raymond Saule, has in particular appealed to Group 0 donors to donate.
Mr Saule says blood collection was halted this year due to outbreak of dengue fever.
