An analyst with a regional think tank says there is no need for more tinkering with the Pacific's regional agencies.

The Fiji and Australian Governments have announced plans for a review as Fiji maintains its refusal to rejoin the Pacific Islands Forum.
Fiji has said it wants changes, including the removal of New Zealand and Australia as members, and the possible inclusion of other major states, including China.
A non resident fellow with the Lowy Institute, Tess Newton-Cain, says she doubts there is any appetite for more change.
"It does appear from what we've seen so far, to be very heavily influenced by Fiji's wish to reassert itself as a regional leader and Australia seems to be again on the face of it, very keen to go along with that. And I think that's an issue of concern for a number of people."
