The hospital in the Northern Marianas has a four-month deadline to resolve nine remaining problems or its participation in Medicare will be terminated.

The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation does not comply with the rules, according to the Centres for Medicare and Medicaid Services

The centres say of the nine deficiencies earlier found at the hospital, only two have been addressed, and the remaining seven must be solved by April.

The Healthcare Corporation's CEO, Esther Muna, says the hospital is now working on its plan of correction to ensure it meets the submission deadline, which is December the 22nd.
