Three years on from the Rabaul Queen inter-island ferry disaster in Papua New Guinea, court proceedings against the ship's owner Peter Sharp and four others are yet to be determined.

The ferry sank on February 2, 2012, with at least 173 deaths.
Mr Sharp and the four others were charged by police with manslaughter for sending an unworthy vessel out to sea.
A commission of inquiry, established after the sinking of the ship, found it was not seaworthy, was unsafe and should never have departed on its final voyage.
But PNG Loop reports that the District Court in Kokopo is yet to rule on whether a prima facie case has been established by police.
The case was last year adjourned to March 5 this year as Mr Sharp had sought legal representation from outside of the country.
