The Governor of Guam will deliver his 2015 State of the Island address tonight.
The Marianas Variety reports Eddie Calvo's address will focus on Guam's economy.
A government statement says he understands there is a delicate balance in growing the economy and ensuring that increased investments benefits Guamanians.
It says the governor will talk about using technology to continue moving the island forward - particularly in the areas of interacting with the public and education.
Mr Calvo says he is also concerned about federal mandates and policies that restrict the economy.
