A teacher and two students from the Don Bosco school in Samoa who were in American Samoa for the Flag Day celebrations have been charged with having sex with a 15-year-old girl.
The teacher and students made their initial appearances in the American Samoa District Court today.
They have each been charged with rape, sexual assault, sexual abuse in the first degree and
endangering the welfare of a child.
Bail has been at $US100,000 each.
