The Guam government is stepping up its infrastructure and cybercrime training after its websites were defaced for the second time in six months, allegedly by activist hackers.

Last weekend a group claiming to be AnonGhost changed the home pages of three different agencies.
In November two other government sites were hacked into.
Cyber security spokesman Will Castro says although text and images were changed, no sensitive information was compromised.
Mr Castro says the Guam Homeland Security Office is training agencies to deal with cybercrime and federal officials are looking at increasing monitoring and warning systems for the island's network.
He says the incidents are part of being associated with the US.
"United States, I'm talking about the states and/or insular territories, all government sites are targeted by these types of organisations. It is to the best of our knowledge and based on the information made available to me, Guam itself has not been targeted."
