The Indonesian President is set to talk about West Papua with the Papua New Guinea Prime Minister, Peter O'Neill, during his visit to Port Moersby today.

Mr O'Neill says the two-day visit is an opportunity to strengthen the bilateral relationship between the countries.

The Post Courier reported that border issues will also be on the discussion list, following media reports of marijuana smuggling into Jayapura from PNG.

17 PNG citizens are at the Doja maximum security prison in Sentani serving terms of 10 years or more for various offences, including drug smuggling.
