The company building the massive casino complex on Tinian in the Northern Marianas says the United States' military plans could limit the investment.

Alter City Group wants to build a 6,000-room integrated casino, with theme parks and an "aero-bus" skybridge across the water to Saipan.

But the company says the proposed military live-fire exercises on some parts of Tinian is a cause for concern.

It says the plans might frustrate the designs of building a world-class, peaceful resort.
