Fiji MP Isoa Tikoca has pleaded not guilty to an amended charge of failure to declare liabilities before the 2014 general election.
The FBC reports that Mr Tikoca appeared before Magistrate Makereta Mua on Monday.
His passport has been released to him so that he can attend a seminar in London in November.
Magistrate Mua ordered the two sureties, Jiosefa Dulakiverata and Viliame Gavoka, who are MPs to surrender their passports to court.
The matter will be recalled for mention on January 14 next year.
