The MP for Lae Loujaya Kouza has already been named a deputy leader of the party, along with four others.

The Post Courier reports her move has brought the opposition to ten members.

Mr Polye said his THE party set a record in the 2012 General Election when its two female candidates won two seats in the country, and Ms Kouza's move is another boost.

Ms Kouza says she is confident the party will promote indigenous rights, and tackle corruption with the advantage of gender balance.
