A Fiji lawyer who lodged an official complaint about alleged torture by security forces has had his offices ransacked.

Aman Ravindra-Singh is also defending a group of people on sedition charges.

His Lautoka offices were broken into over the Easter weekend.

Mr Ravindra-Singh said windows were smashed, furniture broken and documents and paperwork torn and scattered accross the room.

He said he was still compiling a list of what had gone missing.
