The Constitutional Reform Unit in Solomon Islands has started its final consultation with the Bar Association on the latest draft of the federal constitution.
The unit says this is the final group of stakeholders they need to consult.
Discussions have included the fiscal and revenue sharing aspects of federation and the country's capacity to handle a federal arrangement.
