The party leader, Sitiveni Rabuka, said the names were published by mistake and that the leaked list had names omitted in an attempt to sow dissension within the party.

Mr Rabuka added he was also disappointed with the Fiji Sun newspaper for publishing the list of names of people which included public servants.

Among the names were two political party leaders, former high ranking civil servants and former international rugby players.
