At a meeting last week, Lolo said he expected cabinet directors to carry out their duties and to ensure the public received what it was promised

He said some directors could never be found in their offices as they were either off island or somewhere else.

He sternly told directors that it appeared some of them had the attitude of just cruising until the end of the administration.

"We never asked for your loyalty. Your loyalty goes to the people. We are here today to serve our people. Nothing more and nothing less. If you have second thoughts about serving our people, please do our people a favour."

Lolo Moliga said he would not allow his directors to renege on their promise to raise standards of living in American Samoa.
