Gold Mantis Construction Decoration has been found not to have submitted the requirements for its license.

The Commonwealth Casino Commission had given it two months to submit the details and pay the $US192,000 fine.

Gold Mantis was earlier found to have employed Chinese nationals who came to the CNMI as tourists in violation of the Department of Homeland Security's parole programme.
