Dr Francois Claassens and Dr James Toskas are suing the centre and the corporation in the Superior Court and each want to be paid their outstanding arrears.

Dr Claassens is demanding payment of $US308,000 for all unpaid administrative leave, while Dr Toskas is seeking payment of $US327,187 for all his unpaid administrative leave.

The lawsuit claims the doctors are owed about 5,000 hours in administrative leave payments.

Dr Toskas has been working at the Rota clinic since 1997, while Dr Claassens was transferred from the Commonwealth Health Center to the Rota clinic in 2005.
